This is the concept program for the Green Forest Rangers Football Club stadium designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. After seven months of international design competition, the British football club Forest Green Rovers finally announced the design of this new football stadium in Stroud, England. It will be the first soccer stadium in the world to be built entirely of wood and constructed using low-carbon construction. The best part of the project is that almost every component is made of wood, including the structure, the roof cantilever and the shutter trim. Wood is a highly durable, recyclable and aesthetically pleasing building material. The structural components of the football stadium are connected to each other to the maximum extent and the seats, steps and floors are constructed of wood.
