结合我国特教体育教师人力资本的现状,提出了把特教体育教师作为既有“体力资本”又具有“智力资本”的人力资本来看待,切实提高特教体育教师的待遇水平;建立公开、公正、公平的聘任、激励约束机制,激发特教体育教师的潜力,形成良好的竞争机制;特教体育教师也要积极加强自身师德教育,专业素质的提升,提高学科交叉研究的能力,实现自身人力资本的不断增值;加强继续教育投入,改革不合理的继续教育投资体制,构建终身继续教育体系。
Based on the present situation of human capital of special education teachers in our country, this paper puts forward that treating special education teachers as human capital with both “physical capital” and “intellectual capital”, and effectively improving the treatment level of special education teachers ; Establish an open, fair and equitable appointment, incentive and restraint mechanisms to stimulate the potential of special education teachers to form a good competitive mechanism; special education teachers should also actively strengthen their ethics education, professional quality improvement and enhance interdisciplinary research Of the ability to achieve its own continuous growth of human capital; strengthen investment in continuing education, reform unreasonable investment in continuing education system, build life-long continuing education system.
