目的与方法 :c-erbB - 2基因的扩增与乳腺癌的治疗和预后有一定的关系。为了能够快速、简便、准确的检测乳癌中c-erbB - 2基因的扩增 ,我们将靶基因与参照基因设在同一条染色体上 ,同时选用快速冰冻切片的剩余组织作d -PCR实验。结果 :研究结果表明 ,71例乳腺癌中共有 19例c -erbB - 2基因的扩增 ,扩增率为 2 6 .7%。与我们过去的研究相比 ,c-erbB -2基因扩增检出率有所提高。结论 :本文认为 ,引物设计合理、选材得当 ,能够提高c-erbB - 2基因扩增的准确检出率。
OBJECTIVE AND METHODS: The amplification of c-erbB-2 gene has some relationship with the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. In order to detect the amplification of c - erbB - 2 gene in breast cancer rapidly, easily and accurately, we set the target gene and the reference gene on the same chromosome. At the same time, we selected the remaining tissues of rapid frozen section for d - PCR. Results: The results showed that a total of 19 cases of breast cancer amplification of c - erbB - 2 gene amplification rate was 26.7%. Compared with our previous studies, the detection rate of c-erbB-2 gene amplification increased. Conclusion: This paper suggests that the primers can be designed correctly and properly selected to improve the accurate detection rate of c - erbB - 2 gene amplification.
