近来,由于粘土砖使用量越来越少,而化工建筑中的框架结构建筑日趋增多,因此,越来越多的新型墙体材料被广泛应用,如轻质切块。不过由于在设计和施工的过程中,人们往往对砌块的了解不够完善。加之生产监管力度不到位,导致填充墙裂缝问题增多,甚至出现渗水现象。因此,本位要对化工建筑轻质砌块墙体裂缝的问题进行探讨,通过对产生裂缝的几种原因进行列举、分析提出预防和治理方案,以确保工程质量。
Recently, more and more new wall materials are widely used, such as lightweight dicing, due to the decreasing use of clay bricks and the increasing number of frame structures in chemical buildings. However, due to the design and construction process, people often do not know enough about the block. Coupled with inadequate production supervision, resulting in an increase of cracks in the wall filling, or even seepage phenomenon. Therefore, this position should be on the chemical building lightweight block wall cracks to explore, through the cracking of several causes cited, analysis and prevention and control programs to ensure project quality.
