氧哌羟苯唑头孢菌素(Cefoperazone)为一第三代头孢菌素,对多数肠道革蓝氏阴性杆菌、绿脓杆菌有较强的抗菌作用,对金葡菌、革蓝氏阳性球菌也有一定活性。本品于1978年由日本富山化学公司首次报告,我国上海第三制药厂及太原制药厂也相继试制成功。现将本品与其他β-内酰胺抗生素和庆大霉素的抗菌活性进行比较以及酶抑制剂对本品抗菌作用的增强效果报道于下。
Cefoperazone is a third-generation cephalosporin, which has strong antibacterial activity against most Enterobacter cloacae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, There is also some activity. This product was first reported by Toyama Chemical Co., Ltd. in 1978 in Japan. The third Shanghai Pharmaceutical Factory and Taiyuan Pharmaceutical Factory were successfully trial-produced. Now this product and other β-lactam antibiotics and gentamicin antibacterial activity compared to the enzyme inhibitor and the antimicrobial effect of this product enhance the effectiveness of the report below.
