质量文化是社会主义文化的重要组成部分,对落实质量强国和质量强企战略将起到重要的促进作用。为了认真贯彻落实十七届六中全会《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》的精神,引导更多企业了解运用质量文化建设课题研究成果,依据质量文化建设模式、步骤和具体工作方法,培育具有本企业特点的质量文化,促进先进质量方法在企业的有效运用,中国质协决定于2012年3月在深圳市举办第三期“全国企业质量文化建设”研修班。
Quality culture is an important part of socialist culture and will play an important role in promoting the strategy of strengthening the country with quality and strengthening the quality with high quality. In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform of the Cultural System and Promoting the Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture, Several Significant Issues” at the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, and guide more enterprises to understand the research results of using quality cultural construction projects based on Quality culture construction mode, steps and specific working methods, cultivate the quality culture with the characteristics of this enterprise and promote the efficient use of advanced quality methods in enterprises. The China Association for Quality Management decided to hold the 3rd “National Enterprise in Shenzhen in March 2012 Quality Culture Building ”seminar.
