去年,根据机床完成加工工艺的需要,我所进行了一些专用头的设计,用来实现加工工艺的特殊要求。现将几种专用头的结构及设计过程中的一点体会介绍如下: 一、镗孔车端面动力头 对于同时进行大直径内孔镗削和端面车削加工的机床,通常采用专门设计的镗孔车端面动力头。动力头的刀具可以实现轴向和径向进给。实现径向进给的方法有两种:利用装在刀盘内的油缸推动横刀架或借主轴内推杆的轴向移动,通过齿轮、齿条获得。图1所示为一种镗孔车端面动力头的外观图,用来对铸钢阀体的法兰盘进行车外圆、车端面、镗凹口和倒角。
