新年伊始,由陕西省文化厅主办,陕西省图书馆设计制作的陕西文化信息网(www.SNWH.GOV.CN)开通仪式于2003年元月6日在省图书馆报告厅隆重举行。来自省政府办公厅、省计委、省财政厅、省文化厅机关、省文化厅直属单位、西安市文化局等单位的领导和来宾,以及省馆领导与职工300余人参加了开通仪式。新华社陕西分社、陕西日报、陕西电视台等多家新闻媒体进行了采访和报道。开通仪式由省文化厅副厅长蒋惠莉主持;秦天行厅长向与会者全面详细地通报了陕西文化信息网
At the beginning of the new year, the opening ceremony of the Shaanxi Cultural Information Network (www.SNWH.GOV.CN), which was designed by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture and sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture, was held ceremoniously at the Lecture Hall of the Provincial Library on January 6, 2003. Leaders and guests from the provincial government general office, the provincial planning commission, the provincial finance department, the provincial department of cultural administration, the units directly under the Provincial Department of Culture, the Xi’an Cultural Bureau and other units, as well as more than 300 leaders and workers from the provincial government attended the opening ceremony. Xinhua News Agency Shaanxi Branch, Shaanxi Daily, Shaanxi TV and many other news media conducted interviews and reports.
