目的 研究螺旋缝合法在皮瓣并指修复后一次性分指中的应用及临床疗效.方法 自2014年1月至2018年1月,我们在皮瓣并指修复后一次性分指中应用螺旋缝合法分指28例,其中3指并指20例,4指并指8例.结果 术后28例皮瓣全部成活,随访时间为6～48个月,平均24个月,皮瓣质地柔软、平整,断蒂后无需再次修薄,患指外形满意,功能恢复良好.按中华医学会手外科学会手功能评定试用标准评定:良26例,差2例,优良率为92.86％.结论 将螺旋缝合法应用于皮瓣并指修复后一次性分指中,手术操作简单、安全可靠、成活率高、外形美观,是一种皮瓣并指修复术后分指较为理想的方法.“,”
