安全管理是煤矿管理的重中之重。按照科学发展观的要求,只有把人作为安全管理的核心,安全管理水平才能提高,安全管理才能取得实效,企业才能步入平安、健康、快速发展的轨道。通过学习调研发现我们企业内部相当一部分管理干部在安全管理上思想认识不到位,安全管理时紧时松、思想麻痹、心气浮躁,管理不细、制度不严,制度落实不到位,安全管理漏洞多,“三多一低”现象长期得不到根本解决。要想从根本上扭转煤矿企业安全生产的被动局面,提升质量标准化水平,笔者认为安全管理要突出做到四个“实”。

In accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development, only by taking people as the core of safety management can the safety management level be enhanced and safety management can be effective, so that enterprises can enter the track of peace, health and rapid development. Through the study and investigation, we found that a considerable part of management cadres in our enterprise did not know the ideology in safety management, the time was loose in safety management, the thought was paralyzed, the impetuous management was not fine, the system was lax, the system was not implemented, and the safety management loopholes were numerous , “Three more and one low” phenomenon has not been fundamentally resolved. In order to fundamentally reverse the passive situation of coal mine production safety and improve the level of quality standardization, I believe that safety management should be outstanding to achieve four “real ”.
