7月5日,教育部学前教育专家指导委员会成立大会暨第一次全体会议在北京召开。教育部副部长刘利民出席会议,向各位委员颁发聘书并发表讲话。刘利民指出,当前学前教育改革发展进入新的历史阶段,加强科学保教,提高学前教育质量,是人才强国战略的奠基工程,是学前教育领域全面推进素质教育的核心内容,是加快普及学前教育的必然要求。
