本文研究了乌拉尔甘草种子种皮蜡质的厚度与蜡质抑菌效果、蜡质与种子抗老化能力和种子吸水能力的关系。结果表明:用浓硫酸浸泡2~3min可完全除去蜡质,蜡质的厚度约为30μm;接种菌液后,脱蜡种子在PDA培养基上形成的青霉和曲霉菌斑的直径显著大于不脱蜡的种子形成的菌斑直径,但蜡质的体外抗菌能力不明显;随着老化时间的延长,脱蜡种子的含水量增加速度和发芽率下降速度明显快于未脱蜡种子,且在湿度较高的环境下,脱蜡种子的平衡水分比未脱蜡种子显著升高,说明蜡质在一定程度上可以保护种子不易受外界湿度的影响。
In this paper, the relationship between wax thickness and waxy bacteriostasis, waxiness, seed anti-aging ability and seed water absorption capacity of licorice seeds was studied. The results showed that the wax was completely removed by soaking with concentrated sulfuric acid for 2 ~ 3min, the thickness of wax was about 30μm. After inoculation of the bacterial liquid, the diameters of the penicillium and the aspergillus plaques formed on the PDA medium by the dewaxed seeds were significantly larger than those without Dewaxed seeds formed plaque diameter, but waxy in vitro antibacterial ability was not obvious. With the aging time, the rate of increase of water content and germination rate of dewaxed seeds decreased significantly faster than that of non-dewaxed seeds, Under the condition of high humidity, the equilibrium water content of dewaxed seeds was significantly higher than that of non-dewaxed seeds, indicating that the wax can protect the seeds to a certain extent from the outside humidity.
