振铃集成电路常用的有两种:一种是需外接整流电路的;另一种是具有内部桥路的。对于需外接桥式整流电路的振铃集成电路,使用较多的有:LS8204、振铃集成电路常用的有两种:一种是需外接整流电路的;另一种是具有内部桥路的。对于需外接桥式整流电路的振铃集成电路,使用较多的有:LS8204、CSC8204、TA31001P、KA2410、HY9106等;对于具有内部桥路的振铃集成电路,常用的有:LHl240、LSl240、CSCl240(A)、KA2418等。这两种振铃集成电路在原理上并无多大差别。
