活塞环外圆CAD/CAM技术项目,首先对活塞环压力分布及自由状态型线进行了优化设计,通过分析对比国内外压力分布表达式,总结出了压力分布统一表达式。应用统一表达式可以为各种不同要求的内燃机设计合理的活塞环压力分布。其次,在加工中,放弃了目前国内外普遍采用的凸轮仿形加工方式,专门研制了适合环外圆加工的数控系统。使活塞环外圆加工精度比原仿形工艺提高2~3倍,外圆漏光度减低5~
Piston Ring CAD / CAM technology project, the first piston ring pressure distribution and free-state profile optimization design, by comparing the pressure distribution at home and abroad, summed up the pressure distribution of the unified expression.
