设备的采购是设备前期管理的一个关键环节,是企业提高设备装备率、市场竞争力、生产效率的重要手段,也是决定设备投资回报效果好坏的一个重要因素。因此,如何让自己设备采购工作的成本合理、采购工作高效、设备性价比高、投资回报周期短,应该是设备购置方工作的努力方向。作为施工企业,设备种类繁多、价值较大,设备的经营、管理模式各异,每个企业也都有自己一套设备采购方式、供应商管理、合同签订等管理办法。本期我们特邀来自铁路、公路和设备部门的专家,就设备采购环节的方方面面展开探讨。
Procurement of equipment is a key part of pre-equipment management. It is an important means for enterprises to improve equipment and equipment rate, market competitiveness and production efficiency.
