目的:研究不同干燥方法对川芎不同部位丁苯酞含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同干燥方法的川芎不同部位中丁苯酞的含量。结果:丁苯酞在进样量0.515 2~5.152 0μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),定量限为5.515 2 mg·L-1,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD 1.10%(n=9);川芎不同部位丁苯酞的含量从高到低为根茎>茎>叶;不同干燥方法对川芎不同部位丁苯酞含量有一定影响。结论:川芎不同部位的丁苯酞含量不同,川芎全株宜选用晒后烘干的干燥方法。
Objective: To study the effects of different drying methods on the content of butylphthalide in different parts of Chuanxiong. Methods: The contents of Butylphthalide in different parts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong by different drying methods were determined by HPLC. Results: Butylphthalide showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) with a limit of quantification of 5.515 2 mg · L-1 with the average recoveries of 100.1% and RSD of 1.15% (n = 9). The content of butylphthalide in different parts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong was rhizome> stem> leaf from high to low. Different drying methods had some influence on the content of butylphthalide in different parts of Chuanxiong. Conclusion: Rhizoma Chuanxiong different parts of butylphthalide content is different, Chuanxiong whole plant should be selected drying method after drying.
