解放以来,我国的教育事业已經获得了很大的成就,这些成就的获得,一方面是由于党的正确領导,同时也是与我們認真学习苏联先进教育理論和教育經驗分不开的。我们学习苏联先进教育经驗,是通过多种方式进行的,其中一种重要的方式就是直接聘請苏联專家来我国帮助进行教育建設。几年来,教育部曾先后聘請了苏联專家和顧問34名,其中有俄罗斯联邦教育部副部長安德洛索夫同志,有哲学博士費拉托夫同志。先后来我国高等学校講学的苏联專家共有800多人,帮助我們講授新設課程1197门,編写教材685种,建立实驗室和实习工厂767个,为我們培养研究生3600多人,培养青年教师3200多人。專家們具体地傳授了他们的先进科学知識和教学經驗,为我国的教育改革和培养人才,作出了巨大的貢献。
Since the liberation, our country’s education has gained great achievements. These achievements have been obtained not only because of the correct leadership of the party, but also because of our earnest study of the advanced educational theory and education in the Soviet Union. One of the important ways in which we learn the advanced education experience of the Soviet Union is through a variety of methods. We directly employ Soviet experts to help our country in education. In the past few years, the Ministry of Education has hired 34 Soviet experts and consultants, including Comrade Androsov, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, and Comrade Pharatov, Ph.D. A total of more than 800 Soviet experts came to our country to give lectures, helping us to teach 1197 new courses, preparing 685 teaching materials, establishing 767 laboratories and internship factories, training more than 3600 postgraduates and cultivating young teachers 3200 Many people. Experts have given concrete teaching of their advanced scientific knowledge and teaching experience and have made tremendous contributions to China’s education reform and personnel training.
