目的探讨单纯性肥胖症儿童血清瘦素(leptin)、神经肽Y(NPY)、脂联素(ADP)胰岛素(Ins)、生长激素(GH)及血脂的含量变化,并分析在儿童生长发育过程中的作用。方法 4~15岁甘肃籍单纯性肥胖和正常儿童各30例为研究对象,以放免法、酶法测定血清中的leptin、NPY、ADP、Ins、GH及血脂水平。结果单纯性肥胖症儿童血清leptin、NPY、Ins、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平非常显著地高于正常组(P<0.01),而ADP、GH水平则非常显著低于正常组(P<0.01)。结沦单纯性肥胖儿童存在瘦素抵抗,高胰岛素血症,,神经肽分泌增加与脂联素、生长激素分泌减少、血脂代谢紊乱,从而影响儿童的生长发育。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum leptin, neuropeptide Y (NPY), adiponectin (ADP) Ins, growth hormone (GH) and blood lipids in children with simple obesity and to analyze the changes in children’s growth and development In the role. Methods 30 cases of simple obesity and normal children aged 4-15 years in Gansu were enrolled in this study. Serum levels of leptin, NPY, ADP, Ins, GH and serum lipids were determined by radioimmunoassay and enzymatic methods. Results The levels of leptin, NPY, Ins, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in children with simple obesity were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01), while the levels of ADP and GH were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P <0.01). Conclusion simple obesity children with leptin resistance, hyperinsulinemia, increased secretion of neuropeptides and adiponectin, growth hormone secretion decreased, dyslipidemia, and thus affect the growth and development of children.
