报道:白扁豆入药无须加工炮制。历来有将其清炒、灶心土炒或砂烫等加工法,根据其所含成分为蛋白质、维生素及糖类,均有水溶性特点,如将其炒制,会使其成分发生焦糊、凝固和其他变异,损害其有效成分,不仅失去了炮制的意义,还会影响疗效。若采用水浸去皮的方法,也是费力无功,因弃去的种皮与种子其他部分的作用成分无大区别。故扁豆入药无须加工,在煎煮前将其捣碎就可。
