玉米螟的田间防治,一直沿用玉米心叶末期投撒颗粒剂的方法,并能收到良好的效果。但近年来区域性出现玉米心叶期与螟虫发生期不吻合,影响了防治效果,且由于玉米面积的扩大和颗粒剂防治时期的限制,实施颗粒剂防螟方法困难较大。鉴于这种情况,我们提出根区施药防治玉米螟的设想并进行了有关试验研究,1987年开始进行药剂筛选,做了多种药剂的室内毒力测定和盆栽试验。至目前,尚未见有关根区施药防治玉米螟的研究报道。

Up to now, there is no report on the prevention and control of corn borer in the root zone.
