面对社会新的需要、新的德育理念,我们期待一种能与这种新的理念相配套的新型德育“中介”的出现。中学德育的过程,是学校德育管理与学生为了完成共同德育目标的和谐合作的过程,情感“贿赂”对中学德育的步骤实施和质量的提高将产生直接的影响,中学德育要实施情感“贿赂”就势在必行,因此就其理论依据、实践必然、实施的瓶颈、实践的模式等方面的探索凸现出巨大的迫切性和实践性。
In the face of new social needs and new ideas of moral education, we look forward to the emergence of a new type of moral education “intermediary” that can be complemented by this new concept. The process of moral education in middle school is the process of harmonious cooperation between school moral education and students in order to accomplish the goal of common moral education. Emotional “bribery” will have a direct impact on the implementation of moral education in middle school and the improvement of quality. “Bribery” is imperative. Therefore, the exploration of its theoretical basis, practical necessity, bottleneck in implementation and mode of practice has shown great urgency and practicality.
