提到CBD,房地产业的人士普遍会认为是个用滥了的概念,多年的开发利用已经使CBD成为一个“老”概念。同时,又不可否认CBD是一个含金量很高的概念,甚至能够带动国家经济,成为国际化都市的精华代表。我们要说的是,CBD概念不是用得过滥,而是利用不足,不够充分,尤其体现在CBD内涵的深层借势上。
When it comes to CBD, the real estate industry is generally considered to be an overused concept, and the development and utilization of the CBD for many years has made the CBD an “old” concept. At the same time, it is undeniable that CBD is a concept with a high gold content and can even lead the national economy to become the elite representative of an international city. What we want to say is that the concept of CBD is not overused, but underused and inadequate, especially in the deeper context of CBD.
