对复合材料常用增韧技术的特点进行了综合分析,在此基础上提出了一种全新的树脂基复合材料增韧技术——相迁移增韧,在大幅提高复合材料韧性的同时,又保持了预浸料良好的工艺性,经在环氧和双马复合材料体系中的工程化应用,表明相迁移增韧技术是树脂基复合材料增韧的一个有效途径。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the toughening technology commonly used in composite materials, a new toughening technology of resin-based composite materials is proposed, which is phase-transfer toughening. While improving the toughness of the composites, The good processability of prepreg, through the engineering application in the epoxy and dual-horse composite system, shows that the phase-transfer toughening technology is an effective way to toughen the resin-based composites.
