韦伯理论的主线是理性,他认为理性化制度形式是科层制,而乔治·里兹尔认为现代社会理性化的表达形式是麦当劳化。韦伯通过“理性铁笼”的比喻表达了他对高度理性化下的社会对人的负面影响的担忧。同样地,里兹尔批判了麦当劳化社会合理的非理性,希望能引起被麦当劳化地区人们的注意。中国改革开放以来,随着各个领域的合理化制度改革,许多中国学者也对中国的麦当劳化表达了担忧。但是我们要注意到中国的麦当劳化发展并不如美国社会的完全,而是在不断接受麦当劳化的基础上一直保持着一些“不合理性”。文章通过组织的制度学派理论分析中国未被完全麦当劳化的主要原因是中国传统文化中一直强调的家族观念和血缘观念。

Weber expressed his concern about the negative impact of society on the highly rationalized society through the metaphor of “rational iron cage.” In the same way, Ritzl has criticized the reasonable irrationality of the McDonald’s society in the hope of arousing the attention of people in the McDonald’s area. Since the reform and opening up in China, many Chinese scholars have also expressed concerns about McDonaldization in China with the reform of rationalization in all fields. However, we must note that the development of China’s McDonaldization is not as complete as that of the American society. Rather, it has always maintained “irrationality” on the basis of continuous acceptance of McDonaldization. The main reason why the article analyzes the incomplete McDonaldization of China through the institutional institutional theory of the organization is the family concept and kinship concept that have been emphasized in Chinese traditional culture.
