本文应用反应时的测定原理,通过对杭州大学体育专业男生在安静状态、运动状态和恢复状态(三态)反应时和心率变化的实验观察和研究,并分析和探索它们之间的相互关系。测试结果表明,运动状态下反应时和心率明显快于安静状态(p<0.001);运动结束后5min恢复期的反应时和心率仍然高于安静状态(p<0.01),两者均有显著性差异。结果提示;适宜的定量运动.可提高人体神经──肌肉系统兴奋性和灵活性,保持其高度的协调性和调控能力.使反应时缩短,并能促进灵敏素质的发展,增强机体的反应速度和运动适应能力,以切为进一步阐明“三态”反应时和心率变化对人体机能的影响和生物学意义。在体育实践活动中利用这一研究成果,为全民健身运动、体育教学和运动训练中反应时(灵敏素质)的应用提供生理实验依据。
In this paper, reaction time measurement principle, through the Hangzhou University sports males in the quiet state, exercise and recovery state (tristate) response and heart rate changes in the experimental observation and research, and analyze and explore the relationship between them. The test results showed that the response time and heart rate were significantly faster than resting state during exercise (p <0.001), and the response time and heart rate at 5 minutes after exercise were still higher than those at rest (p <0.01) Significant difference. The results suggest that appropriate quantitative exercise. Can enhance the body’s nerves ─ ─ excitability and flexibility of the muscle system to maintain its high degree of coordination and regulatory capabilities. So that the reaction time is shortened, and can promote the development of sensitive qualities, enhance the body’s response speed and motor adaptability, in order to further clarify the “three-state” response and heart rate changes on human function and biological significance. In the practice of sports, this research result is utilized to provide physiological experimental basis for the application of reaction time (sensitive quality) in the national fitness training, physical education and sports training.
