In 1983, I wrote an article on swimming techniques titled “Short, Brisk, Explosive.” The article focuses on short-range high-intensity swimming training, involving some men’s swimmers with high motor skills aged 11-13, gaining a 50-400 meter distance. The article mentioned seven athletes after a quarter of the speed overload training, that is, each training session completed 3500-4500 yards. Among them, it is mainly composed of 60 times 25 yards short rushing tour, each time interval of one minute, repeated with the maximum speed. In this way, the average score increased by 3.1% over all competition distances (50-400 meters), but increased by 5.4% in 400 meters. These improvements, while valuable, are not under the control of scientific experimentation
