针对离心铸造机工作原理,提出了一种交直流混合驱动的磁悬浮式微运动新方法,设计了一种新型的磁悬浮式微动工作台,可实现大范围6自由度微运动和恒高度微运动。根据绕组电流和气隙及驱动力关系方程,绘制了绕组电流与气隙和驱动力力关系曲线,最后在开环状态下进行了该磁悬浮式微动工作台的稳定性试验和一维微运动试验。实验结果初步验证了本文设计的磁悬浮式离心铸造机微动工作台的可行性。
Aiming at the working principle of centrifugal casting machine, a new method of magnetic levitation micromotion with AC-DC hybrid driving is proposed. A new maglev micromotion working table is designed, which can realize a wide range of 6-DOF micro-motion and constant height micro-motion. According to the relationship between winding current, air gap and driving force, the curve of winding current versus air gap and driving force is plotted. Finally, the stability test and one-dimensional micro-motion test of the levitation micro- . The experimental results preliminarily verify the feasibility of the design of the micro-motion table of the magnetic levitation centrifugal casting machine.
