归脾汤《济生方》是中医临床治疗多种慢性病的有效方,本方立法,旨在气血双补以固本,心脾双调以安脏,共奏平衡阴阳之功。笔者常以此方加减治疗多种疾患,获得满意疗效。一、血小板减少性紫癜患者,女,38岁。1986年元月就诊。患者有血小板减少病史三年,常齿衄,经行量多如崩(用纸6刀),经色淡红,伴头昏心悸,肢倦乏力,经后为甚,寐差纳少。妇科检查正常。血小板波动在(300～500)×10~9/L之间,曾先后服用利血生、鲨肝醇等西药,症状不减,舌淡脉细。辨证:心脾两虚,气
