在我国众多的农祀节日中,有一个节日称填仓节,也叫天仓节,还叫天穿节。这个节俗主要流行于我国北方广大农村的汉族地区,每年农历正月二十五日举行。所谓填仓,就是在正月二十五日这一天,家家户户,黎明早起,都要在自己的院子里或打谷场上,举行填仓仪式,届时上年纪的人们将筛过的炭木灰、草细灰,撒成一个个大小不等的粮囤形状,谓之“画地作囤”,有的还镶上花边、吉祥字样,以及上粮囤的梯子,并在囤中撤以少量五谷杂粮,履以瓦片等物,俗称填仓。
