目的了解临床护理人员继续护理学教育(CNE)现状及影响因素,为相关部门制定改进措施提供参考。方法 2013年11月采用问卷调查十堰市某三级甲等医院205名临床护理人员。结果 145人(70.7%)认为有必要开展CNE;165人(80.5%)在过去的1年里有参加CNE活动的经历;35人(21.2%)认为参加的CNE对所从事的工作很有帮助。影响参加CNE的因素依次为:费用问题、时间安排、单位是否要求、交通情况等。结论临床护理人员对CNE的理解和认识较高。CNE活动内容丰富,形式多样;CNE质量和效果评价较高。但学习机会不均等、考核方式单一、活动经费缺乏、时间安排欠合理,是制约护理人员参加CNE的问题所在。
Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of continuing nursing education (CNE) in clinical nurses and to provide reference for relevant departments to make improvement measures. Methods In November 2013, a total of 205 clinical nurses from a tertiary level hospital in Shiyan City were surveyed. Results 145 (70.7%) considered it necessary to conduct CNE; 165 (80.5%) had experiences of participating in CNE activities in the past year; 35 (21.2%) thought that participating CNEs were helpful for their work . The factors influencing participation in CNE are as follows: cost, timing, unit requirements and traffic conditions. Conclusion Clinical nurses have a better understanding and understanding of CNE. CNE activities are rich in content and diverse in form; CNE has a high quality and effectiveness evaluation. However, the problem of unequal access to learning, a single assessment method, lack of funding for activities and the lack of timetable are the problems that restrict the participation of nursing staff in the CNE.
