There are a lot of studies on the prognostic factors affecting women with different stages of endometrial cancer, but the research on the factors that affect the survival of patients in stage III and IV is still not enough. The International Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology (1988) developed the Endometrial Surgical Staging System to subdivide stages III and IV according to the characteristics of cancer metastasis, but evidence of survival differences between these subcategories is not yet sufficient .
