我厂催化裂化装置原设计为60万吨/年Ⅳ型催化裂化,经多次改造,特别是在1975年改造成为分子筛提升管催化裂化以后,处理量已达到90万吨/年。改造后再生器内安装有六组杜康旋风分离器,近几年催化剂单耗一直很高,平均在1公斤/吨原料以上,1984年平均单耗达1.13公斤/吨原料。催化剂单耗高的原因是多方面的,有设备问题,操作问题,催化剂质量问题等。但通过1983年,1984年,1985年三次检修来看,设备问题是主要的。1983年5月检修时发现旋风分离器焊缝开裂比较严重,焊缝开裂发生在出口管与螺旋顶板连接环焊缝处,以及二级入口整流器等地方。经补焊后,又重新投入运行。1984
