本文提出一种新型结构的三油楔浮环轴承,即浮环的外表面为圆柱形而内表面为三油楔。对三油楔浮环轴承在高速旋转动载荷作用下进行了理论分析,探讨计算方法并进行数值计算。同时,对外层和内层油膜的间隙比为1.64和2.25的三油楔浮环轴承和圆柱浮环轴承进行了试验,试验结果与计算结果基本相符。三油楔浮环轴承的工作特性优于圆柱浮环轴承。
This paper presents a new type of three oil wedge floating ring bearing, that is, the outer surface of the floating ring is cylindrical and the inner surface is three oil wedges. The theoretical analysis of three oil wedge floating ring bearings under high speed rotational dynamic load is carried out, the calculation method is discussed and the numerical calculation is carried out. At the same time, three oil wedge floating ring bearings and cylindrical floating ring bearings with gap ratios of 1.64 and 2.25 between the outer and inner oil films were tested. The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results. Three oil wedge floating ring bearings work better than the cylindrical floating ring bearings.
