中国社会主义市场经济的特点,是在个人收入分配上以按劳分配为主体的多种分配方式同时并存,社会主义市场经济条件下的按劳分配有其特殊性,但按劳分配的基本原则没有变。收入分配制度改革是中国经济体制改革的重要内容,深化收入分配制度改革必须贯彻按劳分配原则,打破平均主义,同时通过完善收入分配制度,解决收入差距过大的问题。
