白术的基源植物为Atractylode s ovata。日本药局方中还收载了A.japonica(关苍术)。本研究使用种子繁殖的栽培方法搞清了种子发芽的特性。研究了发芽后土壤的理、化障碍,气象影响及病毒害等对出芽的影响,并进行了播种试验,发芽及出芽与温度的关系以及种子的生存力与贮藏条件的研究。 研究结果表明,白术种子重量与出芽的关系为,100粒重2.5g以上的种子超过80%出芽,2g左右的种子60%出芽。而100粒2g以下的种子出芽率低,说明重子的出芽率高。种子于5℃~25℃发芽。在播种期间,
Atractylode s ovata is the base plant of Atractylodes. Japanese Pharmacopoeia side also contains A.japonica (Guan Atractylodes). In this study, seed breeding methods were used to clarify the seed germination characteristics. The effects of physical and chemical barriers, meteorological effects and virus damage on sprouting of soils after germination were studied. Sowing experiments, the relationship between germination and budding and temperature, as well as the seed viability and storage conditions were studied. The results showed that the relationship between weight and budding of Atractylodes macrocephala was that more than 80% of the seeds with the weight of 2.5g or more were sprouted and 60% of the seeds with the size of 2g sprouted.
