各位领导同志、各位专家、同志们: 今天我能参加卫生系统的全国性的医学实验动物工作座谈会,感到非常高兴!我代表国家科委条件财务局向会议表示热烈的祝贺,祝会议圆满成功! 卫生系统是我国实验动物工作中的大户。无论过去或是现在,它都为我国实验动物科学的发展做出了并正在做出很大的贡献,是推进我国实验动物工作的一支主力军。这次会议将检阅已经取得的成绩,规划今后的工作,为我提供了一次十分宝贵的学习机会。西双版纳实验动物工作会议之后,卫生部的各级领导同志对这一项工作十分重视,抓得很紧。前期曾派专家组奔赴全国各地调查。在这个基础上,有针对性地草拟了发展规划设想和医学实验动物的暂行管理条例,并提出了今后工作的重点。这样的工作精神和科学的工作态度很值得我们学习。
Ladies and gentlemen, experts, and comrades, I am very pleased to attend the national symposium on medical laboratory animals in the health system today. On behalf of the State Science and Technology Commission, the Conditional Finance Bureau extended my warm congratulation on the conference and wished the conference a complete success The health system is a big part of the work of experimental animals in our country. No matter the past or the present, it has made great contributions to the development of the laboratory animal science in our country and is a main force for promoting the laboratory animal work in our country. This meeting will review the achievements that have been made, and planning for future work will provide me with a very valuable learning opportunity. After the working conference of experimental animals in Xishuangbanna, leaders at all levels of the Ministry of Health paid great attention to this work and took a very tight grasp. Early sent an expert group went to investigate throughout the country. On this basis, the tentative regulations on development planning and medical laboratory animals were drafted in a targeted manner and the focus of future work was put forward. This spirit of work and scientific work attitude is worth our study.
