利用不同NaCl浓度梯度对3种基因型啤酒大麦种子进行萌发期的发芽势、发芽率、根长和苗长等指标的测定,综合分析了NaCl胁迫对3种基因型啤酒大麦种子萌发期的影响,结果表明:(1)3种基因型啤酒大麦种子的测定指标与对照差异达极显著水平的NaCl浓度因不同基因型种子而不同,甘啤7号是100mmol/L,甘啤5号是200mmol/L,甘啤4号是300mmol/L。(2)随NaCl浓度的增加,3种不同基因型啤酒大麦品种综合测定指标都呈现出发芽势逐渐减小,发芽率逐渐下降,根长、苗长逐渐下降,盐害指数逐渐增大,但是基因型之间存在显著差异,综合各个指标,3个品种中,萌发期耐盐性最好的是甘啤5号,甘啤4号次之,甘啤7号最弱。
The effects of NaCl stress on the seed germination of three genotypes of beer barley were studied by using different NaCl concentration gradients to determine the germination energy, germination rate, root length and seedling length of three genotypes of beer barley during germination. The results showed that: (1) NaCl concentration of three genotypes of beer barley with significant difference in the difference between two genotypes was 100mmol / L for Ganpi 7 and 200mmol for Ganpi 5 / L, Gan beer No. 4 is 300mmol / L. (2) With the increase of NaCl concentration, the indexes of three different genotypes of barley barley showed a decrease in germination potential, a gradual decrease in germination rate, a gradual decrease in root length and seedling length, and an increase in salt damage index. However, There were significant differences among the three genotypes. Among the three varieties, the best salt tolerance in the three germplasms was Ganpi No.5 and Ganpi No.4, and the weakest was Ganpi No.7.
