随着高等职业教育的发展及自主招生的推进,高等职业教育规模以超常规的速度不断壮大。在生源质量难以保证情况下,教学计划与时间的矛盾尤为突出。如何在有效的、较短的教学时间内完成教学任务,提高学生的综合素质和能力,实现培养高质量的人才,需要解决的问题很多。本文从人事管理、校园人文环境、教学管理、分配、教师队伍的建设及教材建设等几个方面论述了提高高等职业教育质量的重要性。
With the development of higher vocational education and the advancement of independent enrollment, the scale of higher vocational education continues to grow at a supernormal pace. In the case of difficult to guarantee the quality of students, the contradiction between teaching plan and time is particularly prominent. How to accomplish teaching tasks within effective and short teaching time, improve students’ comprehensive quality and ability, and cultivate high-quality talents requires a lot of problems to be solved. This article discusses the importance of improving the quality of higher vocational education from aspects of personnel management, campus humanities environment, teaching management, distribution, construction of teachers and textbook construction.
