临床检查阴道滴虫,常规用生理盐水涂片镜检法,检出率较低。为寻找能提高检出率而又方便快速的染色方法,近几年来,我们创用一种滴虫、原虫湿片快速染色法,具有原虫形态清晰、操作简便和检出率高等优点。现将本法与256份阴道拭子生理盐水标本对照检查,结果报告如下。材料和方法一、染色液配制 1.贮存液:碱性复红(盐基品红)3.0g,溶于95%乙醇100ml中。此液可于室温中长期保存。 2.应用液:贮存液3.0ml与5%苯酚溶液20.0ml、浓冰醋酸10.0ml混和,另将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)0.2g加入约50ml蒸馏水加热,溶解后倾入上液,加蒸馏水至100ml,混匀备用。此液置室温二个月内不会变质。二、染色方法

Storage solution: Basic complex red (basic magenta) 3.0 g, dissolved in 100 ml of 95% ethanol. This solution can be stored at room temperature for long periods of time. 2. Application solution: 3.0 ml of stock solution is mixed with 20.0 ml of 5% phenol solution and 10.0 ml of concentrated glacial acetic acid. Another 0.2 g of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) is added to about 50 ml of distilled water. After the solution is dissolved, it is poured into the upper solution and distilled water is added. 100ml, mix and spare. The liquid will not degenerate within two months at room temperature.
