国家经贸委等五部门近日出台了 6条措施 ,对重点磷肥生产企业予以政策支持。目前 ,我国约有 70 %左右的磷肥生产能力难以正常运转 ,但同时国家每年又要花费大量外汇进口高效磷肥。为了扭转磷肥行业的畸形局面 ,国家经贸委等五部门联合出台了 6条支持重点磷肥生产企业的政策措施
The five departments including the State Economic and Trade Commission recently set up six measures to provide policy support to key phosphate producers. At present, about 70% of China’s phosphate fertilizer production capacity is difficult to function normally, but at the same time, the country also has to spend a lot of foreign exchange to import high-efficiency phosphate fertilizers. In order to reverse the abnormal situation of the phosphate fertilizer industry, the five departments including the State Economic and Trade Commission jointly issued six policies and measures to support key phosphate producers.
