高职院校辅导员队伍是高职院校教育工作中的主力军,是高职院校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的主干力量,也是大学生健康成长的指导者。为了全面提高辅导员的工作能力和水平,推动高职院校辅导员工作快速发展,必须建立辅导员工作的考核指标体系。高职院校辅导员考评评价工作不仅关系到整个辅导员队伍的综合水平,对学生的教育效果也有非常直接的影响。高校辅导员工作涉及到方方面面,如何全面认识自身的工作,采取什么的方式进行考核,如何构建一个科学有效、操作方便的考核评价体系,是高职院校工作中的难题,也是本文研究的重点。
The ranks of counselors in higher vocational colleges are the main force in the education of higher vocational colleges, the backbone of higher vocational colleges engaged in moral education, carrying out the ideological and political education of college students, and also the guide for the healthy growth of college students. In order to comprehensively improve the ability and level of counselors’ work and promote the rapid development of counselors’ work in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to set up the evaluation index system of counselors’ work. The evaluation of counselors in higher vocational colleges not only affects the comprehensive level of the entire counselor team, but also has a very direct impact on the educational effect of students. How to build a scientifically effective and convenient appraisal system is a difficult problem in the work of higher vocational colleges and also the focus of this paper .
