本文研究了在过程控制中引进AI专家系统,在知识库中把熟练工人或专家的经验、知识形式化,形成若干规则,进行启发式推理,决定控制策略。智能控制系统获得的是具有模糊目标的满意解,从而避免了需要广义对象数学模型的难题.所给方法的有效性,在换热网络智能控制的仿真研究中得到证实。
This paper studies the introduction of AI expert system in process control, formalizes the experience and knowledge of skilled workers or experts in the knowledge base, forms a number of rules, heuristic reasoning and decision control strategy. The intelligent control system obtains the satisfactory solution with fuzzy objective, thus avoids the problem of needing the mathematical model of generalized object.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in the simulation research of intelligent control of heat exchange network.
