近年来,广西每年应用白僵菌防治马尾松毛虫的面积达300万亩左右,成为综合防治的主要措施。随着连片纯松林的迅速扩大,人工放菌技术已不能适应大面积及边远林区防治的需要。为解决大面积放菌技术,自1976年以来,曾多次试验用飞机大面积撒布白僵菌防治松毛虫。1979年春,在高峰、七坡、示范、青山、平广等林场进行了大面积的飞机撒布白僵菌防治松毛虫生产示范,取得了良好的效果。本文着重分析此次防治效果及存在的问题,为今后普遍应用飞机撒菌防治松毛虫提供依据。
In recent years, the annual application of Beauveria bassiana in Guangxi to control the area of Dendrolimus punctatus about 300 acres, a comprehensive prevention and control of the main measures. With the rapid expansion of contiguous pure pine forests, the artificial phagocytic techniques have not been able to meet the needs of prevention and control of large-scale and remote forest areas. In order to solve the large-area bacteriolysis technology, since 1976, Beauveria bassiana has been tested on a large scale for many years. Spring 1979, at the peak, seven slope, demonstration, Aoyama, Ping broad forest farms carried out a large area of Beauveria bassiana streptozotocin production prevention and control of pine caterpillar production demonstration and achieved good results. This article focuses on the analysis of the control effect and the existing problems for the future application of aircraft sprinkling bacteria to provide the basis for prevention and control of pine caterpillars.
