本文以临床细胞学确诊“肺癌”的10例患者胸积液为材料,制备染色体进行分析观察。在检查565个癌积液细胞的染色体中,发现染色体数目分布范围广,结构异常的数量较多及标记染色体的出现等,这些变化均符合恶性肿瘤细胞遗传学特征。在10个标记染色体中,其中6个的组成与1号染色体的断裂重排有密切关系:这与肺癌实体瘤染色体变化相似,因此我们认为1号染色体、特别是1q~(21)和1p~(11)的断裂与肺癌的发生可能存在一定关系。
In this paper, clinical cell diagnosed “lung cancer” in 10 patients with pleural effusion as material, the preparation of chromosome analysis and observation. In examining the chromosomes of 565 cancerous fluid cells, it was found that there was a wide distribution of chromosome numbers, a large number of structural abnormalities, and the appearance of labeled chromosomes. These changes were in line with the cytogenetic characteristics of malignant tumors. Among the ten marker chromosomes, six of them are closely related to the rupture rearrangement of chromosome 1: This is similar to the chromosome change of solid tumor of lung cancer, so we think that the chromosome 1, especially 1q ~ (21) and 1p ~ (11) rupture and lung cancer may have a certain relationship.
