目的 探讨乌三颗粒抗肿瘤作用及对荷瘤小鼠造血功能的影响 ,以寻找一种安全有效的新型抗肿瘤药物。方法 采用小鼠体内S180 移植性肿瘤为模型 ,测定荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率 ,以判断其抗肿瘤作用 ;以荷瘤小鼠血象、骨髓细胞核分裂指数 ,体外造血干细胞集落形成为指标 ,观察该药对荷瘤小鼠造血功能的影响。结果 ①乌三颗粒体内抑瘤率达 38%~ 5 0 % ;②乌三颗粒组红细胞 (RBC)计数、血红蛋白(HGB)含量均高于模型肿瘤组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;③乌三颗粒组白细胞 (WBC)计数、骨髓细胞核分裂指数、造血干细胞集落形成数 ,均高于西药化疗组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 乌三颗粒有一定的抗肿瘤作用 ,同时对荷瘤小鼠的造血功能有一定改善作用 ,且无降低白细胞的副作用 ,说明该药具有安全有效的优势
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect of Wu San Granule and its influence on hematopoietic function of tumor-bearing mice in order to find a safe and effective new anti-tumor drug. Methods S180 transplanted tumors in mice were used as a model to determine the anti-tumor effect of tumor-bearing mice. The blood and bone marrow cell division index of tumor-bearing mice and hematopoietic stem cell colony formation were used as indicators. Effect of Drugs on Hematopoietic Function in Tumor-bearing Mice. Results 1 The inhibitory rate of tumors in Wusan Granules was 38%~50%; 2 The counts of red blood cells (RBC) and hemoglobin (HGB) in Wusan Granules group were higher than those in model tumor group (P<0.05); The WBC counts, bone marrow mitotic index, and hematopoietic stem cell colony formation number in the granule group were higher than those in the western medicine chemotherapy group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wusan granules have certain anti-tumor effect, at the same time, it can improve the hematopoietic function of tumor-bearing mice without reducing the side effects of leukocytes, indicating that the drug has a safe and effective advantage.
