本实验用质子激发X射线荧光法(简称PIXE法)测定了高纯空气中的痕量元素。空气样品用过滤法采集,将过滤装置与空气气路联结,微粒法采集在核孔滤膜上,后端接空气流量计,控制流量在0.5 L/min,采集2~4 h。然后用PIXE测定。此法适于分析微区样品中的痕量金属杂质。Cr、Fe、Cu、Zn的检测下限小于0.1ng/cm~2,标样由美国微物质公司(Micromatter Co.U.S.A.)提供。
In this experiment, proton excitation X-ray fluorescence method (referred to as PIXE method) determination of trace elements in high purity air. The air sample was collected by filtration. The filtration device was connected with the air circuit. The particle method was collected on the nuclear pore filter. The air flow meter was connected to the rear end of the air filter. The flow rate was controlled at 0.5 L / min for 2 to 4 h. Then measured with PIXE. This method is suitable for the analysis of trace metal impurities in micro-zone samples. The detection limit of Cr, Fe, Cu and Zn is less than 0.1ng / cm ~ 2. The standard sample is provided by Micromatter Co. U.S.A.
