目的了解张家港口岸病媒生物的密度,为制定口岸病媒生物控制措施提供参考依据。方法分别采用夹夜法、笼诱法、诱蚊灯诱捕法和盒式诱捕法,对张家港口岸内的鼠形动物、蚊类、蝇类和蟑螂4种生物病媒进行密度监测。结果张家港口岸的鼠形动物以小家鼠为主,其次为大麝鼩,食堂密度相对较高,其他区域较低。蝇类以金蝇(大头金蝇)为主,其次为家蝇,垃圾桶附近年平均蝇密度最高,办公区最少。蚊种以淡色库蚊为优势种,其次为中华按蚊,伊蚊最低,成蚊密度在有人群活动的门卫值班室附近较高,夜晚人群活动相对较少的办公楼附近密度较低。蟑螂以德国小蠊和黑胸大蠊为主,以食堂的密度较高,办公室和更衣室较低。结论通过监测和防控,基本掌握了张家港口岸病媒生物的种群构成、生境分布及季节消长规律,并使其密度得到了有效控制,提高了张家港口岸病媒生物监测和防控的能力。
Objective To understand the density of vector in Zhangjiagang Port and provide a reference for the development of vector control measures in port. Methods The density of 4 kinds of biological vectors of rat, mosquito, flies and cockroaches in Zhangjiagang Port were monitored by the method of trap - night, trap - trap, trap - trap and trap method respectively. Results The rats in Zhangjiagang Port were dominated by Mus musculus, followed by the large musk deer. The canteen density was relatively high while the other areas were lower. Flies to gold fly (goldfly), followed by houseflies, trash near the highest average annual flies density, office area at least. Mosquito species were dominant species of Culex pipiens pallens, followed by Anopheles sinensis and Aedes albopictus. Mosquito density was higher near the gatekeeper duty room with crowd activity and lower density near office building with relatively less night crowd activity. Cockroaches mainly include German cockroach and black cockroach, with higher canteen density and lower office and dressing rooms. Conclusion Through monitoring and prevention and control, the population structure, habitat distribution and seasonal fluctuation pattern of vector in Zhangjiagang Port have been basically mastered, and their density has been effectively controlled, which improves the ability of vector monitoring and prevention and control in Zhangjiagang Port.
