每当提及对学生的安全教育,人们脑海里总会出现这样几个画面:面对墙上触目惊心的事故照片,血淋淋的特写场面,孩子们露出惊惧的表情和“好可怕呀”、“真吓人”的惊叹;老师和家长用命令的口气要求孩子们不准做这、不许干那,同时用一些假设的后果吓唬孩子们,孩子们则紧张地点着头;讲台上老师单调地宣讲安全规则和条例,座位上学生或茫然、或厌倦、或忙于游戏,直至老师再次提高声调进行警告……于是安全教育便成了用血淋淋的场景威吓,以权威式的论断压服或进行填鸭式的说教,让孩子们感到的是恐惧、紧张和厌烦,其效果可想而知。辅导员老师应该采取怎样的方式才能达到更好的效果呢?在多年的实践中,笔者总结了以下几种方法:
