目的:建立一种稳定有效且与临床接近的创伤性休克模型,满足创伤性休克的实验研究。方法:固定大小的作用力打击犬大腿,导致双股骨骨折,另加股动脉放血制备创伤性休克模型,更接近于临床病例。结果:犬双股骨骨折及软组织损伤,加股动脉放血能使犬动脉血压下降50mmHg。造成重度创伤性休克。结论:模型具有满意的重复性,如有效性,适用于创伤性休克的研究和评估。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a stable and effective traumatic shock model which is close to clinic and to meet the experimental study of traumatic shock. METHODS: A fixed-sized force hit the dog’s thigh, resulting in a double femoral fracture, together with femoral artery bleeding to prepare a traumatic shock model closer to clinical cases. Results: Dog double femoral fractures and soft tissue injury, plus femoral artery blood can make canine arterial blood pressure decreased 50mmHg. Causes severe traumatic shock. Conclusion: The model has satisfactory repeatability, such as validity, suitable for the study and evaluation of traumatic shock.
