为评价头孢美唑(CMZ)的临床疗效,应用CMZ治疗各种感染性疾病1926例,包括呼吸道感染、消化道感染、肝脏及胆道感染、泌尿生殖道感染、皮肤及软组织感染及其他感染。显效率56.5%,有效率33.7%。并在体外作了CMZ药敏试验,结果金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、沙门菌、志贺菌、肺炎克雷白杆菌及变形杆菌等均对CMZ敏感。对外科手术预防用药,CMZ亦显示有良好的预防手术伤口感染的效果。对临床应用CMZ的8322例病人进行药物不良反应的观察,不良反应发生率为4.2%。主要为消化道反应,其次为过敏反应、肾脏和神经系统反应等。结果提示,CMZ是一种广谱、高效、低毒的抗生素,对革兰阳性和革兰阴性菌有平衡的抗菌活性。对CMZ敏感菌感染、病原不明的感染、混合感染及外科手术预防用药,均可选用CMZ。
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cefmetazole (CMZ), 1926 CMZs were used to treat various infectious diseases including respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal infections, liver and biliary tract infections, genitourinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and other infections. Significantly effective rate of 56.5%, effective rate of 33.7%. CMZ susceptibility test was conducted in vitro. Results Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella, Shigella, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Proteus were all sensitive to CMZ. For surgical prophylaxis, CMZ also showed good results in preventing surgical wound infections. Adverse drug reactions were observed in 8322 patients with CMZ clinically. The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.2%. Mainly gastrointestinal reactions, followed by allergic reactions, renal and nervous system reactions. The results suggest that CMZ is a broad spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity antibiotics, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria have a balanced antibacterial activity. CMZ sensitive bacteria infection, unknown pathogen infection, mixed infection and surgical prophylaxis, CMZ can be used.
